Dell D1000 USB3.0 Dock works fine for audio / ethernet / USB (Keyboard and Mouse)
installed the driver from
http://www.displaylink.com/downloads/ubuntu 1.3.52.
the installation worked perfect, dkms was installed. when the dock is plugged in the system hangs and had to manually reboot when the dock is not connected the system is fine, uninstalled the drivers and still using the dock for KB and ethernet. attaching the diagnostic information.
