We hope in the future to extend the GUI (can be found in the notification area) to inlcude all these options, just like they are available in our vista and xp gui.
In the meantime, it is possible to write a utility using the windows 7 connecting and configuring displays api, which is available on msdn. (

You could also use something like AutoIt to record mouse movement/keyboard input.
