FYI - I don't normally shutdown or restart my MacBook. I just close the lid, and let it sleep (I suppose, like most people). |
Since my last post, I've upgraded to Monterey 12.2.1. Somewhere between this version and Monterey 12.0.1, my touch bar would be unresponsive when I tried to wake my MacBook from sleep. From there, I'd have to restart my device to get things back to normal.
I've found that if I first disconnect the DisplayLink before waking up the MacBook, then connect the DisplayLink after the system is up, things work as expected - including the audio.
