DisplayLink Forum - View Single Post - Ultrawide monitor disconnects when plugged in

I just received the USB-C Triple-4K Dock - I had previously used this with a mac and everything worked smoothly with it. However, this new one is for my windows laptop, but I am still using the same monitors as before that I used with my mac. I have one Alienware (1920 x 1080) and an ultrawide (3440 x 1440) - the 1920 seems to connect fine, but when I try to plug in my ultrawide I can see on the displaylink manager that it can find it but almost immediately it becomes "disconnected" - and it will do that over and over, just finds it and then disconnects. Can y'all point me in the direction to fix this issue as I need to get this monitor connected asap.
