So I have a plugable UD-ULTC4K and 3 Dell U2719D am experiencing massive lag on the screens with Video. I have hardware acceleration on for my web browser. I have attached a link to a video of what I am seeing-

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?
DisplyLink manager is 1.7.0
