Please make sure to upgrade the Dell firmware for the docking station to the latest version (A04):
Dell Universal Dock (D6000/D6000S) Firmware Update Utility
The installation instructions are included in the link and please keep in mind that this can only be done in Windows. Also make sure to unplug all of the peripherals from the docking station while updating.
