I updated today to Mac OS X 12.3.1 and can't establish any ethernet connection, which worked before.

Apple M1 Pro (16-inch, 2021)
DisplayLink Manager 1.6.1 (Build 59.135)
Lenovo Thinkpad Hybrid USB-C with USB-A Dock Type: 40AF
