Good evening,

I have split the thread as the issue reported is different than the original thread.
A different version of Windows 10 is used and here, the full device is reported disconnected as opposed to only the network going down.
Thank you for including the logs, I need to analyse them.

Kind regards,
Alban

Hello again,

I have now been able to look into the logs.

What I can see is that the device communication has many errors.
First, there are issues reading the monitor identification, this may restrict resolutions offered and have strange appearance on the monitor.
Then, because of USB errors, the driver is waiting and is then terminated or the device is ignored by Windows. I suspect you are experiencing a screen freeze for about 10 seconds, and then the display comes back to life once the driver restarts.

Because you have both the display and network going down and back up, and this can be observed in the logs, this suggests the issue is with the full docking station rather than having both the graphics and the Ethernet driver failing simultaneously as this is very improbable.

I would recommend using another USB cable in another USB port of the machine to rule out a cable/port issue.

Kind regards,
Alban
