Belkin USB 3 Dock (B2B044-C00) with USB 3 Switch

I posted this a couple days ago on the Belkin forums and figure it might be worth a shot to post it here as well.

I've got the USB Dock connected to two different PCs using a USB 3 Switch (Plugable Model USB3-SWITCH2). Everything works perfectly except it takes up to 30 seconds to switch and the PC being switched to displays the message "Please wait while your Belkin USB Video Dock device is being updated."

Is there any way to speed this up or keep this 'update' from happening each time?

Hi,

These will happen when there are different versions of Displaylink software on your two PCs. If you upgrade the older version to the same version as the newer version then you should no longer see this message.
