Good morning, I would like to connect 2 Dell U2718Q 4k monitors to a macbook pro 2018 or to an dell xps 15 2018. I would like the monitors to work at 60hz. How can I do?

Have you got a Thunderbolt 3 dock? Usually they do the job.

If the dock has displaylink in it, you're Going To Have A Bad Time with the Macbook Pro if you're on OSX > 10.13.4.
