DisplayLink (4.3.1) for high sierra 10.13.6 not working

hi
as the title said I downloaded DisplayLink USB Graphics Software for Mac OS X and macOS (4.3.1) for mac os high sierra 10.13.6 and it is not working the screen doesn't turn on and the os doesn't detect the screen I have no idea what to do.

also, the adapter company is Manhatten USB 2.0 to HDMI adapter when I downloaded the driver from the company site I downloaded a DisplayLink file I used that version but it didn't work and then I downloaded the latest version for my os version from this site but it also didn't work!!

so what to do?

I updated my system to Mojave 10.14.2 and downloaded DsplayLink 5.0.1 still the same problem
