I am also a an actie windows insider tester, and also on 1903. It broke again with this update. Ihave installed several USB debugging softwares to see if i can fix this myself with no luck so far. I really need this to work , as i travel allot and my AOC monitor stopped working.
Displaylink please advise on what we can do to fix this, below in my software and HW info
