Can someone help me get my displayport working again?
I have a Belkin Connect USB-C 11-in-1 display port I have a 2020 Macbook Pro Intel Core i5 running Sonoma 14.5 The displayport used to work for me, but it no longer does. I'm only connecting to 1 monitor, with an HDMI cable, and the macbook is connected to the displayport with a Lightning cable. I've restarted both the computer and docking station multiple times, and tried this many times over many days since it stopped working I also noticed the DisplayPort Manager 14.1 downloads page for Mac returns a 404 Error... Maybe that is my problem? I need a new update? I have no idea. All I know is this used to work for me fine, and it stopped working suddenly, and I can't figure it out. |

I've since uninstalled and reinstalled all the software, and all the drivers, and started over from scratch.
Reinstalled everything, power cycled everything, plugged it all back in, and it still doesn't work At this point I think I'm going to throw this Belkin Connect away, and get a monitor that takes USB-C, avoid the whole docking station entirely |

Presuming for the moment this is the product you are using --> https://www.belkin.com/p/usb-c-11-in.../P-INC004.html this product does not have DisplayLink hardware inside of it, which means DisplayLink will be unable to assist you. |

I'm not exactly sure what that means, but this used to work for me for quite a long period.
There shouldn't be any issue with incompatibility |

Because it doesn't have DisplayLink technology inside of it, the DisplayLink software will not change the behavior of the product and DisplayLink the company will not be able to assist you. You may want to consider reaching out to Belkin directly for assistance. |
