Hello,
I have DisplayLink Manager 15.1.0 (Build 51) installed on my MacBook Pro M2 (13-inch) with macOS Tahoe 26.3.1. When I connect the Kensington SD4790P I click to allow the USB device to connect to the docking station. I have two of the same LG monitors connected to the docking station both via HDMI. Only one monitor will work not both with the display link software. When I open the DisplayLink software on the Displays tab it always says "After connecting accessory to this Mac via USB, a system prompt may appear. Please click "Allow" to ensure this device is working properly." I click allow every time I connect the Kensington docking station. Any ideas on what is the problem? |

Hello,
Kensington SD4790P is a product using combination of technologies. It can drive up to 3 screens: 1x alt-mode + 2x DisplayLink. Observed behaviour suggests the only working monitor uses alt-mode standard. Did you grant "screen recording permission" to DisplayLink Manager? https://support.displaylink.com/know...ing-permission Regards, Szymon |

Yes, I have granted "Screen & System Audio Recording" to "DisplayLink Manager".

Then I'm afraid without logs we won't be able to troubleshoot it here.
Would you be able to follow this FAQ https://support.displaylink.com/know...to-displaylink and raise a support request? Regards, Szymon |
