+++ No login icons after reboot +++
Hi,
after updating to Lion (booted perfectly) and the installation of 1.7 beta 2 and another reboot, the gray screen appeared, but did not show any login icons. Had to reinstall Lion to be able to work with the MacBook again. Had previous version installed for Snow Leopard. Did not install 1.7 beta 2 any more. Any idea, why this happens? Cheers Achim |

Not sure what is really the issue, though the login screen is there, its just invisible. You can move your mouse to the center where it should be and you will see the arrow change to an ibeam. You can then type your name in the upper field, Tab, then enter your password and get in.
Though there are many other things that do not display right with the 1.7 b2 driver. I had to uninstall it and the login prompt reappeared as well as the other messed up items. |
