Default Screen go black every 10/15min

Since very recently, it's been almost impossible to work, as both my monitors go dark every 10/15min.

I updated to Mac OS Sonoma 14.5, used the Display Link Mac Cleaner app, reinstalled DisplayLink Manager 1.10.2, but to no avail, it just keeps going dark.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

If the original manufacturer of your DisplayLink-based product is unable to assist you, if you have not done so already I would suggest reporting the behavior to DisplayLink directly by following the process outlined here --> https://support.displaylink.com/know...to-displaylink

Hi all,
If we are talking about problems with disconnections and black screens I would recommend checking that all physical connections are secure. Additionally, I would look at the quality of the cables and use the ones supplied with the equipment. If you have any further problems, please contact our technical support directly.
