Default [Toshiba dynadock U3.0] New docking station, audio and video lags

Hi all,

I've just purchased a new docking station, and I am having some audio stuttering issues (Inspire T6100, 5.1 system), image on a monitor being fuzzy, and the mouse cursor lags.
The mouse lags are more apparent if the "Optimize for video" feature is enabled.

I am running a Win8 x64 OS on my Clevo W870CU laptop through a USB3.0 port, with installed 7.0M0 on top of 7.0b1 drivers. The monitor is Dell U2412m.

Kindly advise. I would not want to return the item

Thanks in advance.

I can PM a mod with a ZIP file with debug info. I'd rather not post it here in the open.

I would disable "Optimize for Video" - that is just for full screen video playback.

Do you get the same problems on USB 2.0? That would narrow down if there is a USB HC controller issue slowing down the throughput, in turn increasing our compression.

I really need to see the system details.txt to take a better guess at what is wrong.

Hi Wim. Kindly check your PM box for the password to the attached file. I've tried with USB 2, and it is even worth.

Update: I returned the docking station. I was not satisfied with it.
