I have had NP with my other PC a DELL Inpiron All-In-One as suggested below.Hello John Thanks for contacting us. We have a few suggestions which might help solve the issue – 1. If the Display link program is installed correctly and is showing in your programs list (you should see Display link core software and Display link graphics) 2. If there is no Display link in the list you can download the latest version software from the following link - http://www.displaylink.com/support/downloads.php 3. If both programs are installed and are showing on the list we suggest restarting the program service – Plug in the PC Dongle. 1. START right click on COMPUTER MANAGE 2. Double click on Services and Applications3. Double click on Services 4. Choose Display Link Manager from the list 5. Click on RESTART the service If the issue continues please specify what causes the crash exactly, and if possible please provide us with your computer’s logfile so we can review this further.
