Calibrate Color on display

Can one use win7 to calibrate color on the monitors connected to Displaylink. I am connecting 2 monitors to Thinkpad 3.0 USB dock.

The default has high gamma and the picture is washed out.'

Adding monitor specific color profile didnot help.

No - I'm afraid color correction is not supported on the dock.
