calibration off

I'm running Snow Leopard and I have finally have it working as far as displaying correctly but calibration is off as far as "touch" is concerned. When trying to select an item on my screen - the cursor is over an inch off to the right. And as I move my finger to the left to get it to the select button it "stretches out" to more than 2 inches. Please help - as I have not alot time to mess around here. I didn't know Leopard was not supported completely yet.
