Lenovo lt1421 and OSX 10.8.1

Well..

I have a Lenovo LT1421 monitor. It ran fine under Lion. Upgraded to 10.8.
Now I have a paperweight. Installed the latest driver, and it does NOTHING.

Is there any response here? I see tons of people complaining, but no fixes.
Any word on this, or whether it will ever be fixed?

Hope I hear something soon, otherwise they should stop advertising DisplayLink monitors as Mac compatible.
