Slow Refresh
When pulling up a web page the page doesn't refresh until I carry the window over to my native screen. This lack of refresh also happens with some other apps.
I'm running Windows 7 64 bit with IE 9. I downloaded the latest drivers for my UGA Plugable USB 2.0 display adapter. Any idea what I can do to correct this? |
