After wasting 3 days with no results, I came to think that my problem is firmware and not hardware.
Here are the tests I did:

	Code:
	1. Laptop -> Docking station -> DVI -> AOC 24" works.
2. Laptop -> Docking station -> DVI -> Samsung 24" fails.
3. Other computer -> DVI -> Samsung 24" works.
4. Laptop -> VGA -> Samsung 24" works.
5. Laptop -> Docking station -> DVI -> VGA adapter -> Samsung 24" fails.
6. Laptop -> Docking station -> DVI -> VGA adapter -> Haier TV fails.
7. Laptop -> Docking station -> DVI -> LG 20" fails.
As mentioned, the docking station is GWCTech DU3200,
and the monitor is Samsung S24D300BL.

	Was willing to pay 20$ if someone solved my problem, but the promotion is over.

Malfunction at the docking station.
