Unhappy Dell XPS 13 and D3100 issues

Hi

I am running windows 10 and cannot detect any external monitor connected to the D3100 docking station. I have attempted VGA and Displayport connection.

I have attempted to reinstall all graphics, chipset and displaylink drivers with no results.

Hello,
There was no device connected when the logs where gathered.
This isn't a driver problem, but a hardware one, as a device needs to be recognised by Windows before Windows assigns drivers to it.
Was the device plugged in when you gathered the logs? If not, would you please do it again?
If it was plugged in, then you either have a cable issue, or the unit you have is defective and I recommend you contact the manufacturer, Dell, for hardware support.
Kind regards,
Alban

There seem to be problems with the chipset drivers and windows 10 does not correctly identify displayport or VGA devices connected but has no problem with HDMI. I will contact support at see if any possible hardware defects might be present. Thank you for year help
