Default IOGEAR Display Adapter - VGA - No Longer Working

So I have been having problems with a VGA adapter that was previously working.
I am using it on a Samsung 7 series laptop and I have had it working in the past.

I received some error messages that stated the USB 3.0 drivers were old and may cause problems and my display driver was old and may cause problems - these messages are new and I am thinking they are because of a windows update somewhere.

I updated the USB 3.0 problem using the Intel drivers and that message is now gone.

I am only able to update my graphics through Samsung, and the drivers that I have are the most recent - 2012 I think...

I am noticing that the light is not showing on the IOGEAR device itself - not sure if that is a problem or not.

I have included the ZIP log.

Can anyone shed some light on this problem?

Thanks
Chad
