DisplayLink_7.9M0 on Win10 10240, GTX980 & MB168+ = High GPU Temps

Im getting high GPU Temps, when used in Duplicate these displays (Mirrored), i have the HDMI monitor switched off, not running anything, just sitting in windows.
Also found in this mode i am unable to adjust the Brightness and contrast on the MB168+.
Im running Open Hardware Monitor, and i see the GPU core going up to 40% usage, GPU temps climb up to 60c without gaming. CPU temps, np, sit at 34c

May sound bit odd but i can play pretty intensive games though the MB168+, although i woulnt play a FPS, at a high rate

Elite Dangerous works fine though it.
Never had these issues with Windows 8.1.
Running the Latest Nvidia Win 10 drivers 353.62
The Specs im running are as follows if it helps any,

i7-5930K
Asus Rampage 5 Ex MB
16g Corsair Ram
Asus GTX980 Strix 4g
