Display recognised but not working: Asus T100TA / W8.1 / Kensington sd3500v

My Asus T100TA (tablet hybrid) running Windows 8.1 isn't working with my Kensington SD3500v dock (DL manager 7.7.59503.0) and Samsung S23A550H monitor connected by HDMI. Monitor is detected by DisplayLink and shows in video properties, but display remains blank. Tried clean install (used DL cleaner), and all seems to be correct and up to date (no errors in Device Manager).
