Slow downloadspeed connected to replicator

Hello,

We are using many HP3005pr and have an issue regarding the ethernetspeed.
We connect Windows 8.1 tablets and Windows 7 Laptops to the replcators.

When I connect the laptop directly on the network I get (local)
Upload: 826 Mbps
Download: 787 Mbps

WAN:
Upload:160Mbps
Download:162Mbps

When I connect the laptop through the portreplicator I get (local)
Upload:741Mbps
Download:416Mbps

WAN:
Upload:155Mbps
Download:50Mbps

Our WAN connection is a 200Mbps line.

Why is there such a huge difference between the upload and download when connected through the replicator?
