Lenovo USB 3.0 docking station with Displaylink randomly disconnecting

In my case was a simple solution. One of two DVI-D cables was broken. Replacement of cable solves this problem. Diagnostic requires luck (docking station disconnection triggered by slow cable movement) or systematic cable replacement or testing. I hope that my experience will help.
