Default Problem with HP 3005PR and Intel Drivers

Hello everyone. I'm not sure if this is an HP question or a DisplayLink question. I'm trying to make a HP 3005PR work with a brand new HP Probook 430 G3. This notebook has a 6th generation Intel i5 and the Intel HD 520 graphics. The computer is running Windows 7 x64. The Intel Driver version is 10.18.15.4279.

When installing the drivers from the built-in "cd drive" it will install fine, and everything works as long as there is no monitor connected. When I connect a monitor it attempts to do the initial discovery and then displays a balloon message saying:

"Incompatible display Driver"
The installed version of the DisplayLink USB Graphics software does not support this graphics card, which uses a newer version of the Windows Driver Display Model. Please visit Http://www.displaylink.com/software to check if a newer version is available.

When I install the newest version M3 from the website, it will caus windows to BSOD. This happened twice. Additionally it will cause the dock to stop working completely and I can only get it working again after removing all of the HP software, all of the displaylink software, and then running the displaylink cleaner tool.

I'm at wits end on this one. I can't find a newer or older driver (I was looking for older for an older version of WDDM) for the intel chip that will work with this computer. Any suggestions, ideas, or beta drivers would be appreciated.
