Default Trying to "Duplicate" my Laptop screen to AOC USB

I have the aoc e1649fwu running on windows 10 running version 7.9 M4 of the Display Link software.

Trying to "Duplicate" my Laptop screen to AOC USB , when I go to the Display settings to select this option, the panel shows a "1/2" as one monitor and "3" as the AOC connected via USB. I cannot get my laptop screen to "Duplicate" instead of "Extend" on to the AOC, which it does fine, as default. What is going on with the "1/2" (which I assume means 1 of 2 or something).....

My Laptop is an ASUS which has n NVidia GeForce GTX 850M

Default One more detail, maybe important

I also forgot to realize that the laptop to which I have connected the AOC USB monitor is also outputting a duplicate display to a video switcher via it's USB out, so that is the reason for the 1/2 ......so, is it possible to get another DUPLICATE display through to the USB monitor? I use the USB as a "Teleprompt" and so have it just beneath camera 1 where I am looking when reading. I also want to be able to put the Skype app , showing the caller to whom I am connected, so that I am looking at them (they are getting an output off this switcher as the video I am sending them, so I want to look at the image of them on the USB monitor instead of at the laptop screen (which then sends them my image from camera 1 looking to the side instead of at them)
