Windows 10 anniversary no Duplex

Hi I recently have started testing some Toshiba Dynadock U3.0 and have found them great . all working on windows 10. we have rebuilt our laptops to the new anniversary edition and it seems they will project in extended mode without issues but the option for Duplicate mode seems to be removed when the docks are plugged in.

If I dock on our old system Dell E series dock or even just through external graphics port then duplicate is fine and available.

I have confirmed that the dock is showing in the device manager and all other components are orking fine in the dock its just the duplicate function that seems out. Also I have tried the 8.0M1 software on a fresh install and it the same. have tried this on Dell E5430 and some older E6320 and E5500. all worked perfectly with the previous version of windows.
