Refresh rate is only 30Hz on DS6950

Hello,

I have DS6950 docking station. I use HDMI port with external TV. I have only 30Hz refresh rate with resolution 3840X2160, although TV itself is 4K@60Hz. I think the problem is with DisplayLink software because Adapter properties shows chip type , DAC type and etc. as unavailable. Screen-shot and log files are attached.

Please advise.
