multiple adapters

Have win 10 and have installed 2 usb to hdmi adapters but can get only ome to work at a time. What is the issue?

Hello,
It is difficult to say without log files.
Maybe you have prototypes or devices on which the manufacturer didn't set a unique serial numbers, making it impossible to differentiate them.
As with all other posts, getting the log files will allow to give a more meaningful answer.
