DisplayLink Display Adapter Driver showing as Disabled after install

Hello

We use the DisplayLink MSI installer to deploy the latest versions of the DL driver across our Windows 10 laptops and tablets.

A small number, but enough to be seen as a problem, are having issues with the DisplayLink drivers being shown as "Disabled" within Device Manager. It has then required a manual admin task to re-enable that Driver to get the DisplayLink driver and Dock working again?

Has anyone else seen this?
