Hello everybody.
I'm using a Dell Thunderbolt™ Dock Station - WD22TB4 - on my Macbook Pro M3 Max (running Sonoma 14.6.1). I installed the latest version of the software, 1.10.2, made all the necessary permissions and still the computer is not detecting the monitors separately. I have 3 Dell 24" monitors connected to the docking station, 2 via Display Port cable and 1 via HDMI cable. The computer only recognizes 1 monitor and mirrors the same image to all of them. On the Dell website it says that my Dock Station model is approved by Apple and works with Thunderbolt 4. Does anyone know how to help me get it to work? I deeply appreciate it because I've already done everything and I don't know what else to try. Attached is a printout of what my Display Link Manager screen looks like even after the Screen Recording Permission is allowed. Last edited by renan; 08-16-2024 at 11:34 PM. Reason: forget to say what permission |
