Two Monitor Set Up Issue with Freezing on Thunderbolt one

Hi,

I'm currently running two monitors off a MacBook Pro M1 using an OWC Dual HDMI to USB-C display link adapter. Currently I have one screen plugged into my MacBook directly using Thunderbolt (it's an LG 4K Screen) and another screen plugged in via HDMI through the OWC adapter to the MacBook.

I've noticed that every now and then the Thunderbolt screen occasionally freezes for a second, yet the other screen plugged in via HDMI doesn't have the same issue.

I'm running the latest Displaylink software 1.10.3 on Sonoma.

Is there a way to stop it freezing?
