Only 5Gbps speed shown by Mac Mini M4

Hi there,

I've connected a Targus Dock182 to my Mac Mini M4 - I was expecting 10Gbps speed being detected but macOS shows only 5Gbps.

Is that expected? The Dock182 is supposed to run at 10Gbps - I believe I tested it on my Windows laptop and I could reach that speed.

Attached USB tree. Any ideas? Everything works as expected but I was hoping for the advertised speed.
