Hello all,
I recently purchased an iVANKY FusionDock Pro 1+ dock and downloaded DisplayLink Manager. I've been able to get everything set up and my monitors to function properly. However, after my MacBook Air M3 goes to sleep (while the DisplayLink Manager app is in use with my monitors), I will hear a chime from my computer as if the charging cable is re-connected. It seems as if the hub is continuously disconnecting and reconnecting. When I wake my computer from sleep, I receive the error message "USB Accessories Disabled - Unplug the accessory using too much power to re-enable USB devices." The strange thing is that I have nothing plugged into the hub except the HDMIs to my monitors so I am unsure why this error is occurring. Quitting the DisplayLink Manager application and restarting the DisplayLink Manager application seems to fix it until the next time the device goes to sleep. Is this a software or hardware issue? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks very much |
