Hello!
I’m using an SD5900T dock, and the rear plug-and-play video ports stopped working after I reduced my setup from three monitors to two. Previously, I had two monitors connected to the plug-and-play ports and a third monitor connected via a DisplayLink port. That three-monitor configuration worked perfectly with my MacBook Air M4. After disconnecting the third monitor (the one using DisplayLink), the remaining two monitors no longer work on the plug-and-play ports and only function when connected to the DisplayLink ports instead. I also tested with a single monitor, and the plug-and-play ports still do not work in that configuration. Since I’m now only using one or two monitors, I’d prefer to use the plug-and-play ports and avoid DisplayLink if possible. Monitors: BenQ PD3200U Computer: MacBook Air, 13-inch, M4, 2025, 32 GB OS: Tahoe 26.2 Thank you for your help! |

Hi LVaranda,
On this forum we support DisplayLink technology, therefore I recommend contacting Kensington support. Regards, Szymon |
