Hi,
I have problems when I move from one docking station to another docking station without booting. After that the ethernet connection is not working properply. After connecting to the 3005pr, the ethernet connection shows a red cross and I can't see any network adapter. However, I can browse in the internet, use outlook, but Lync 2010 can't connect to server. This is very strange. If I go back to the docking where I booted, it is working fine again. It is also working fine, when I boot at any docking station. It occurs when I move around only (while laptop is on or after wakeup from standby). I am using the latest HP software (based on displaylink 7.3.49122.0). Any ideas? Is it an enumeration problem of the ethernet drivers? Regards T_K Last edited by T_K; 07-30-2013 at 09:08 AM. Hi,
Are all the docks you connect to the HP 3005pr? Does this occur with other docks that you connect to? Have you had this issue on previous DisplayLink releases? Please post the logs as described here when the issue occurs: http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269 Thanks, James |
