MB168B brightness adjustments button.

I have an external MB168B monitor. It works fine but i only have one issue.

The brightness adjustments buttons on the monitor wont work. I can adjust it through the software from the website, but the buttons themself won't work, is there any solution?

I have downloaded the nessasary drivers on their website, but can't seem to find the problem.
