Default Macbook M4 Tahoe 26.1 | Displaylink driver not detected, monitors not detected.

Hi,

Displaylink is not functioning with my Macbook M4 Pro and monitors are not displaying video. Prior MacOS releases worked.

I have an Asus monitor connecting to an Anker DL7400 dock via displayport.

The dock says "driver not detected", the anker software also does not see any active video connections.

I have run the cleaner tool, re-installed, restarted both the dock and laptop, tried different cables, and I have a case open with Anker.

I can upload the DisplayLink Support Tool data but the filesize is too large for this site.

I am seeing a lot of similar issues with Tahoe but am looking for any guidance on how I can go about resolving this issue.

Thanks.

Hi rhk1017,

Did you install the latest driver version from here?

I have exactly the same problem. 2 of my monitors are mirroring even though the settings are not set for mirrored.

Hi Richpo,

What is your Mac, dock brand & model? Are you on the latest version of DisplayLink SW for macOS?
