Default D6000 HDMI Port Resolution Issues

I use the D6000 with my mac via thunderbolt to run my three dell U2720Qs. All three have been able to run at max resolution until recently, when my display powered by the HDMI maxes out at 640x480.

I have already changed the cord and tested on different ports. Only the HDMI port is affected. The problem persists on my Windows laptop as well. I have updated drivers on both the Mac and the PC. I used the PC to update the firmware on the dock. The monitor displays full resolution when the dock is bypassed.

Hoping someone has a fix! Most resources I've found on this forum and others are fixed by the things I already tried above.
