DisplayLink 16.2 and Tahoe 26.6.1 breaks WebKit rendering

Upgraded to 26.6.1 on my Mac M4 Pro with DisplayLink 16.2 and noticed the New Outlook wasn't rendering emails, the Home area within the Zoom app was loading blank, and several rendering tests within Safari lead me to broken webkit rendering.

If I close out of DisplayLink and run with just a single HDMI monitor, everything works as expected. If I load DisplayLink with just the one monitor, the issue returns.

From my understanding, its something to possibly do with the tighter restrictions on an API within 26.6.1 but I honestly have no idea
