Hello,
I am very new to all of this... I have recently purchased a dual screen extender for my M1 MacBook and a wavlink UG6902H which based on my research was required for both screens to work. Unfortunately I can only get 1 screen to work and the same applies if I try and connect to 2 separate monitors. I am running Sequoia 15.5 which seems to be an issue with the displalink drivers... Anyone there that can assist? THANKS! |

Hello GAVINJOHNSON1,
Please make sure you have the latest version of the DisplayLink Manager for macOS. You can try to disconnect all devices, wait a few seconds, and reconnect the dock and monitors one by one. If the issue persists, please try a different USB-C port on the Mac, or reinstall DisplayLink Manager after using the DisplayLink Cleaner Tool.
