Exclamation Monitor not recognized on various devices

Hello,
I bought the Humanscale M/Connect 2 Dockingstation, on its manual it is stated that DisplayLink drivers need to be installed, which I did on all my devices.
My issue is, while I can charge my device and access USB devices connected to the docking station, I cannot use the connected monitor. I tried different devices (Windows Laptop, Linux Laptop, Android Tablet. All with the latest drivers) but the problem persists. Also I tried different monitors and confirmed that the Display Port cable works. I even bought a certified thunderbolt usb c cable.
I power the docking station using the Dell DA130PE1-00 (a 130 W power supply), may this be an issue that 130 W is not sufficient power?
I hope someone can help me. Thanks in advance!
Best regards

According to the product brochure for your docking station --> https://humanscale.getbynder.com/m/6...2-brochure.pdf the product should have included a 180W power adapter which is a higher wattage then the power adapter you are attempting to use.

I would suggest contacting Humanscale directly for assistance --> https://www.humanscale.com/about/com...contact-us.cfm in obtaining the correct model power adapter as a first step.

Thank you for your reply. I bought a 180 W power supply and actually saw a picture for a couple of seconds on the monitor. However, it vanished and I cannot reproduce it since then. I noticed that the 180 W power supply I bought has 19.5 V instead of the 20 V provided in the data sheet you linked. Do you think it is worth trying a power supply with 180 W and 20 V?
