Default Desktop Widgets

Hi
I have 2 external monitors and my laptop.
I always close the laptop lid and only work with the 2 monitors when I am at my desk.
The widgets I have - which should appear on my left monitor only show up some of the time. It's inconsistent - or at least, I do not know what causes it to sometimes show up and sometimes not. When the widgets are not not on the left monitor, they are on the laptop screen - which is useless since the laptop is closed.

Hope I explained that clear enough

How can I get the widgets to consistently appar on my left monitor?

TIA

Hello,

Thanks for your question.

The display on which widgets appear is controlled by macOS, and unfortunately DisplayLink has no way to modify this behavior. As a result, we are unable to change or troubleshoot widget placement.

We recommend raising this with Apple, as they own and manage this functionality.

Regards,
Szymon
