1.7b3 and Lion 10.7.1 not working together

If I connect my DisplayLink device with no monitor attached, it lights up and my computer thinks a monitor is detected. As soon as I connect a monitor, the monitor stays black and the DisplayLink device's light switches off. I've attached the debug data to this post.

I see some errors logged while reading the EDID information of your display. Could you please check your DVI cable? Could you ALSO please switch the log verbosity to DEBUG (in the advanced menu of the debug tool), replug the usb adapter (which the dvi cable connected to the display) and collect the logs again? Thanks
