Win7X64 + Intel(R) 4 Series Express + USB2HDMI = No overscan settings?

I'm unable to place a check on 'Fit to TV' nor locate any adjustments for Overscan in the chipset driver, tv, nor display link.

I'm running DisplayLink 6.1.35912.0, and using a USB2HDMI, plugging into a HDMI port on a LG 42LV4400

Fit to TV is only available if you have 2 displays (one being DisplayLink) connected to the PC. If you have more than 2 displays then the Fit to TV option will not be available.
